CEO Performance Review

We have recently worked with a number of organisations to develop tailored policies and procedures for reviewing the performance of their Chief Executive Officers.

We have assisted the Boards of these organisations to develop performance review processes that are:

  • Fair and equitable;
  • Focused on facilitating mutual feedback;
  • Designed to strengthen the working relationship between the CEO and the Board, through the Chairperson.

The CEO Performance Review processes have enhanced the ability of these organisations to successfully implement their strategic plans and to promote the professional development of CEOs working in the Indigenous sector.
