We have worked with a Local Aboriginal Land Councils (LALCs) to develop their Community Land and Business Plan, as required under the newly amended Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983 (NSW).
Our work involves:
Collaborating with staff, senior management, Board members and members to articulate a shared vision for the future.
Facilitating consultations with a range of member groups to identify organisation’s key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Facilitating a series of interviews and workshops with staff, senior management, Board members and members to enable the development of a realistic and achievable set of strategies that will support the LALC to support the local Aboriginal community, over the next 5 years.
