Risk Management Framework

We have worked in partnership with a number of leading Aboriginal health and housing organisations to design and develop a risk management framework in accordance with the Australian Standard (ISO 31000:2009).

A a result of our work with one Aboriginal health organisation, our client has now gained accreditation through the Quality Improvement Council. This achievement came through through working in partnership with the Board of Directors to undertake the following tasks:

• Comprehensive risk assessment;
• Development of risk management policy, risk register and risk management plan.
